1.  Order and register online

Select the genetic test you wish to purchase. Order, register and pay online. The kit will be sent to you by overnight courier.

2.  Activate your kit online

Once you have received your test kit, login and activate your account using the unique barcode number you will find on your kit. If you have not yet registered you will need to do that first. If you do not activate your kit you will not be able to receive your results.

3.  Collect your DNA

Its simple- all you need is a scraping from the inside of your cheek onto the sterile swab. Follow the instructions included in your kit.

4.  Complete the DNA Health Questionaire

If you purchased DNA Health you will need to complete the Lifestyle questionnaire.  A PDF version is available for download on our website.  Please print the questionnaire, fill it in and return your completed questionnaire with your swab in the envelope provided.

5.  Complete the INFORMED CONSENT form

Be sure to write in your product code and sign the informed consent. Place the completed form in the envelope provided.

6.  Send us your sample

Place your DNA sample, completed informed consent, and if appropriate your DNA Health questionnaire in the envelope. Postage has already been paid; simply take it to your closest post box.  

7.  Retrieve your report

Two weeks after we receive your sample your report will be ready! You will be sent an email to notify you that your report is ready to download. By clicking on the link in the email and logging on to the website you will be able to download your personalised report. If your product was not activated you will not be able to receive your report.
